Support plays an invaluable role in our continuing success and momentum. A donation to the Ruth Funk Center for Textile Arts is the most comprehensive way to support the Center. Help make connections with the community, support programs and events, underwrite educational programs, and much more!

The Bob & Jan Case Endowment for Student Enrichment supports and advances arts education for youth through Florida Institute of Technology’s Ruth Funk Center for Textile Arts. Funds donated support programs focused on exhibition engagement including the children’s “playshop” series and the Center’s long-time outreach partnership with University Park Elementary School.
Established in 2018, the Ruth Funk Museum Endowment Fund supports the Ruth Funk Center for Textile Arts and helps ensure its continued operation as an integral part of the education of students through rotating public exhibitions. Funds donated directly support the Center’s exhibitions which are presented three times annually and showcase the diversity of global textiles and contemporary fiber art.
The H. Seeley and Ruth E. Funk Fund for the Textile Arts was established in 2004 by Ruth Funk to support museum operations and programming. Gifts help to ensure that Ruth’s vision and legacy continue through programs like the Uncommon Threads symposium - one of the most highly anticipated cultural events on the Space Coast.
This general fund supports the operations of the Ruth Funk Center for Textile Arts, which includes programs and maintenance of the Center’s permanent collection. Due to Ruth’s steadfast championship, as well as the support of our generous donors and friends, the collection contains traditional handmade textiles, embroidery, garments and related accessories from Africa, Japan, India and Central Asia; European and North American embroidery and samplers from the 16th through the 20th centuries; and contemporary wearable and fiber arts. Monetary gifts may be designated or undesignated.
Established after the passing of benefactor Ruth Funk in 2015, the memorial fund accepts honor gifts made in memory of Ruth and others whose unwavering support and generosity are intrinsic to the spirit of the Ruth Funk Center for Textile Arts’ mission.
